How To Order Church Tithe and Giving Envelopes
WHAT IS THE ORDERING PROCESS or HOW TO MAKE TITHE ENVELOPES?
Very easy when you let us do the the work. We will custom design your church tithe and giving envelope and do the layout to your satisfaction with no set up charge. Just choose the envelope style that fits your needs from our Tithe, Offering and Giving Envelope page. Click on the order button for the envelope style you prefer and enter your important information in the order form. After you fill out the order form and submit the order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. We then typeset your envelope according to your specifications and email a digital proof with complete cost for printing and shipping within 48 business hours. Once you approve your design (changes can be made before approval and we will send a new updated proof) you will receive a request for credit card information (if not done so already) to complete order. We begin printing after payment is made. You may also send us a copy of your design and/or text file wording and we will do the same.
What is the envelope size?
Our standard Tithe envelope is 6-1/2" x 3-5/8" 24 lb stock and will accommodate standard checks and currency without folding. Please check if your church has envelope holders to make sure our envelopes will fit.
HOW MANY SIDES OF THE ENVELOPE CAN I HAVE PRINTED?
We normally print on the front side of the a Tithe or Giving Envelope. Printing on the back (flap side) is available for an additional charge. Our Security Style envelopes allow for printing on all four panels.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STANDARD ENVELOPE AND A SECURITY STYLE ENVELOPE?
Our standard Tithe and Giving Envelope have all the information on the front only. Our Security Style envelopes have four panels of print capabilities with the large flap that fold down covering the information inside. These are often used for churches who take credit cards or have other private information that is not to be seen until opening. Also they can be used to leave on visitations, people going on vacation and fund raising as they can be mailed back to you and are printed with your return address.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A ONE COLOR AND MULTI COLOR PRINT?
Most Tithe and Giving Envelopes are printed in black to save money for the church. There is an additional charge for any INK color other than black. There is no additional charge beyond the first color charge for printing two or more colors. How ever multi colored logos may require additional charges. Once an order is submitted you will have the complete pricing with option to change your logo or wording if desired. No obligation for estimate until you OK price.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ENVELOPES?
Tithe, Giving and Offering envelopes production time is normally 3 - 5 working days from time you approve the sample and payment is cleared. Standard delivery time is 4 to 6 days depending where delivery is made. Upgraded shipping and rush printing is available for an additional cost.
CAN YOU PRINT BOXED ENVELOPE SETS WITH SEPARATE NAMES OR NUMBERS?
No, we do not print boxed envelope sets. We print the same design on each envelope.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY TO ORDER?
Our minimum quantity is 250 envelopes. No maximum quantity.
