How To Do and Order a Raffle Ticket

ORDER QUANTITY

We suggest that you order enough Raffle Tickets so the number of tickets you want to sell will equal a minimum of 1&1/2 to 2 times the goal you set. Many of the Raffle Tickets distributed to your helpers may not be sold.

TO ORDER

Choose the ticket type that fits your needs, either "A" "B" or "C" for the standard style. Fill out our order form or E-mail john@jforms.com all the information for the ticket. Include your name, address, phone, E-mail and information for us to contact you if needed.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We will compose the ticket form for printing with your information. Then send you a PDF proof of ticket with complete pricing for you to "OK" as is or make changes if needed. If "OK" as is we will then ask for the credit card information if not forwarded before hand. If changes are to be made we will repeat above. We do not print an order with customer seeing and approving the proof. After customer approves proof as is we are not liable for any misspellings.

SELL...SELL...SELL

The customer fills out the name and address stub which is perforated to tear off. You keep this stub for your records. The customer gets the ticket information part for their records. When the drawing time arrives, draw one name and address stub for each prize shown. The person whose name is on the stub gets the prize amount printed on the ticket.

RULE OF THUMB
......Make money!

Prize amounts, selling price and profit are decided by you. We typeset each ticket to your specifications. Sell price is what you think you can sell a ticket for in your local area. $2.00 each or 11 for $10.00, $5.00 each or 6 for $25.00, etc. Make sure the prize money is worth the reason for a person to buy a drawing raffle ticket. We Say Again: Nobody wants to buy a chance to only win what they pay for the ticket.
